Alexandre's Plugins for Gimp & Dia Open for Collaboration

Hi, people

I've just uploaded two small plug-ins, one for "GIMP" and other for "DIA", and hope someone will find it interesting. Both need a lot of work in docs and code cleanup to be "releasable", but they're already working.

GIMP's plug-in makes a transparent background in a image, putting a fuzzy border, in the background color, around the "non-background" parts of the figure, allowing the figure to be placed with a decent contrast over a background color similar to the figure most used color.

DIA's plug-in solves a question that I've found as a real pain using DIA to draw diagrams: group resize diagram elements, using the size of one element as reference.
