problem in bibliografy using moderncv and natbib

Could you attach the files required to reproduce the bug? It would be much easier for me to correct it if I can actually see the bug and can play with it.

I can confirm the exact same bug

This was due to the fact that natbib uses \section* for the bibliography title, while no starred version was defined for \section. Moderncv will define a starred version of \section if natbib is loaded.
