New ISO build system

Thanks to Ivo Nunes et al, we finally have a brand-new ISO build system codenamed Congrego, which should greatly simplify maintenance and supply us with sweet home-brewed daily builds again :)

This time it's not an in-house solution - the core is the same as used for building Ubuntu and Debian. It's tailored for large-scale distros, not remixes with a set of changes, and that's exactly what we need for Luna.

Luna just got one step closer, and step by step we'll get there. Please be patient, and don't forget that we're doing our best to make Luna a great release.
