The Electronic Structure Library (ESL) is a collection of libraries and tools providing the core features required to calculate structural and electronic properties of matter.

The Electronic Structure Library provides exchange-correlation, symmetry finding, Maximally-Localized Wannier Functions (MLWF), and many more components that can be used to build programs for the study of structural and electronic properties of matter.

See https://launchpad.net/~esl-contributors for a non-exhaustive list of contributors.
