Horizon 2012.1 "Essex" Released!

For anyone who didn't see the general OpenStack announcement, the 2012.1 "Essex" release was formally released to the world today! This is a huge accomplishment, and the Horizon core team wants to say a HUGE thank you to every one of our contributors. We've built something really impressive for the Essex release, and it's only going to get better.
