Gonzo Giraffe

Written for phidgets-ros-pkg by motters on 2011-01-18

Version 1.20 "Gonzo Giraffe" has been released. This includes support for the Phidgets RFID reader and Text LCD display devices. These drivers have not been extensively tested, since I don't have the hardware available.
