Ren'Py 6.13.9 Released

I've released Ren'Py 6.13.9. This is primarily a bug fix release, fixing issues with hardware compatibility, non-ASCII file access, and save file size, among others. It also adds support for RAPT, the Ren'Py Android Packaging Tool - a new way of developing and deploying Ren'Py games to Android devices.

To fix a bug with text editing on some systems, I've backported the new text editor system from Ren'Py 6.14. This system changes how you configure a custom editor in Ren'Py. If you're not using jEdit, you may want to check out the new editor documentation or the SciTE.edit.py file that backansi posted here.
