anoX 2.0 "Not So Often" release

anoX 2.0 "Not So Often" is now released.

* Split the single script (anox) into a script (anox) and a package (libanox)

* Manage arguments such as '--help' or '--version' (Bug #307164)
* Solve problems with Pulseaudio
* Now works with the new power managment dbus (Session Manager)
* Add detection of errors when calling the subprocess and explanation about Xwrapper.
