Bug Description

Tomboy is a crossplatform application, you should not have.

a) a hardcoded path in the UI
b) a reference to only one of the platforms Tomboy runs on.

You may want to link to a webpage with instructions instead.

in this string there should be a link instead of the location, in case this changes and also in case someone is using windows, mac. is is written somewthere on a website and we should link to it.
