Compiling Bug - Fix in next few days

When i migrated from CVS to Bazaar, i tried to simplify the "Installation" under linux and windows. This actually created a bad behavior. The instalaltion script was only working on my own machines as the configuration was identical.

I'll provide a fix within next few days.
