11.04 Released

This is the stable release culmination of the 11.04 development series.

There are the usual small features and bug fixes, but the biggest changes in the new stable 11.04 series over the previous stable 0.6 series are:
 * The addition of a submitubuntu command which will prepare a submission for your app to the Ubuntu Software Center
 * The addition of a test command which will run a few example unit tests for your app
 * Support automatically matching signals with handlers if the handlers are named correctly
 * Support self.ui.label1 and self.ui['label1'] access to widgets
 * A whole new ubuntu-flash-game template
 * A new hiscores screen for the ubuntu-pygame template
