I have made some Sid installations during the last months.
With a fresh KDE install it works without any problem, I think it is when I
change the default charset from ISO-8895-15 to UTF-8 it begins failing.

I don't know what to do. I have access to one machine which this settings work
(LANG=ca_ES.UTF-8 and kdesu in kcontrol).

I you need more tests or information, please don't doubt to ask.
