Because I am not sure we should necessarily change the Python documentation for Regexp as per Jim Jewett's suggestion, although I do completely agree with them, I wanted to give them their own branch in case the python higher-up don't. This will have comments like how Python reserves all rights to expressions of the form (?P...) and that (?#...) cannot nest parenthesis.
