  * Show installed version of pywapi (Python Weather API) in About dialog
  * Kelvin scale (K) now selectable as temperature unit (LP: #1018935)

  * Proxy now used for https URLs, thanks István Váradi (LP: #1191669)
  * Workaround for empty or malformed 'places' setting (LP: #1191096)

  * Show error condition/icon when weather data sources are unreachable
  * Fallback to /etc/timezone when Google Time Zone API is down
